Charming tiny Chinese toggle of a dragon, carved of orange and pale yellow soapstone, recumbent dragon with his head turned to look over his shoulder, mouth carved open, traces of black pigment.

Turn-of-the-century Chinese hardstone koro. Bellied bowl on sturdy leg-and-paw supports. Carved foo dog side mounts with loose-mounted rings. Short neck collar and raised and reeded cover are 800 silver. Cover has German marks. Very good condition.

Japonesque mixed metal copper tray. Made by Gorham in Providence in 1882. Lobed and rectangular with curved sides. Applied copper and silver ornament: Tree with blossoming branches and sinuous irregular trunk rooted in granulated soil; above a butterfly and bird. Ground engraved with wild grass in foreground and hills in background. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, no. B75, and date letter. Good condition with some spotting to copper.

George III sterling silver tureen. Made by Henry Greenway in London in 1778. Ovoid bowl with reeded high-looping leaf-mounted and -wrapped end handles; raised oval foot. Cover domed with large vasiform finial. Beading. Bowl and cover each have bird standing guard on rocks; below a ribbon with French word “Le Corbeau” (that is, the crow). Bowl armorial in drapery surround. Stylish Georgian Neoclassicism. Fully marked. Very good condition.

Victorian Classical sterling silver bowl. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Solid oval well with chased scalloped border. Sides tapering open diaper and applied pendant flowers. Dim has applied scallop shells alternating with could c-scrolls. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 11547 (first produced in 1893), and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Edwardian Classical 14k gold jewelry box, ca 1910. Rectangular with straight sides and curved corners. Cover hinged; top curved and raised with engraved interlaced script monogram surrounded by dense leafing scrollwork and flowers. Sides have same. Interior has velvet lining with fitted ring holder.
