French 950 silver wine taster, ca 1870. Round with curved sides, loop handle, and oval thumb rest. Sides have flutes, large round bosses and small tooled circles. Engraved name (“C. Vallet”) at rim. Marked with Minerva head and maker's stamp (Cesar Tonnelier). Very good condition.
