Fresh and Pretty American Art Nouveau sterling silver water pitcher, ca 1910. Retailed by Udall & Ballou in New York. Lobed and ovoid body with helmet mouth, domed foot, and high-looping handle. Applied and chased flower and frond clusters on body and foot, and branch rims. Fully marked including retailer’s stamp and no. 1036. Very good condition.

Reagan-era sterling silver mint julep cup. Made by Scearce in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Straight and tapering sides, and beaded and molded rim and foot. Ronald Reagan was president from 1981 to 1989. Marks include maker’s stamp and presidential date code “RWR II”. The Roman numeral stands for the boomtime second term. Very good condition.

Stand has oval well. Turned-down and irregular scrolled rims with chased leafing scrolls and applied scallop shells. Engraved interlaced script monograms. Fully marked including dated maker’s stamp, retailer’s (Bigelow, Kennard) stamp, and no. 2340. Very good condition.

Olympian sterling silver centerpiece bowl. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Curved and tapering bowl on domed foot. At top a dense repousse frieze of love-making, harp-stumming nymphs, gods, and cherubs. Foot rim has rinceaux border. A beautiful piece in the celebrated Beaux-Arts pattern that was conceived by French designer F. Antoine Heller and debuted at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1878.
