An exceptional Tairona pouring vessel from Colombia, ca. 1000 – 1500 AD. It is 8-1/4” high and features a bat emerging from the chamber. The small pouring spout is intact and a decorative element encircles the broad neck. Intact, with good mineral deposits.
A signed Galle banjo style vase measuring 5 5/26 inches tall decorated in the “Fougeres” pattern using an olive green overlay cased over a colorless base glass. The vase has a slightly flaring rim at the top and is 2 ½ inches wide. There is no damage.
Pair of Japanese Meiji period rounded square form long necked vases covered in delicate red and white leafy flowers set against a black background. Bronze rims and base. Old Chinese silk embroidered scroll of a rooster and a hen amongst flowers. The satin stitch and numerous colored silk threads were used to blend and create this work of art. In excellent condition, it measures as a scroll: 7 feet long X 26 inches.

Old Japanese folk wooden drawer-type toolbox with such lovely hand-painted sickles and kitchen knife, used by a craftsman like cutler (or blade sharpener or blacksmith), 19th century, approx. 30 x 20 x 15cm (11.81 x 7.87 x 5.90in). Used condition due to aging as is, but no fatal damage and still practical condition with still fine original iron handles. Quite a rare find.
