Matching pair of early 19th century altar size Sino-Tibetan thangkas depicting Buddha Shakyamuni and Tsongkhapa, respectively. It is unusual to have a set. Pair of German Neoclassical silver candlesticks, early 19C. Each: Upward tapering shaft on cylindrical plinth on stepped base. Bellied urn socket is fluted and lobed. Detachable bobech has leaf-and-dart ornament as do flange and foot rim. Same applied to shaft base. Beautiful Grecian restraint with figures of draped bacchantes applied to plinth. Handwork visible on interior. Marked. Very good condition.

Pair of Japonesque sterling silver open salts. Made by John C. Moore for Tiffany & Co. in New York. Round with open rectangular bracket handles and straight foot. Engraved overlapping seals decorated with modish motifs, including fan, bug, vase, and bamboo. Foot decorated with acid-etched spirals and lunette-form flower heads, and pierced leaves. A fine pair of 19th century clambroth glass candle holders. Stout but elegant baluster turned sticks with broad, stable feet. Fine and practical decorative accents. The reference to clambroth says it all - the milky glass almost translucent (more so toward the foot - see second illustration) with opaque bubbles throughout. Good condition. These are probably pretty early and likely not common to fetch a pair. Would be a refreshing "stand in" for brass in period interior. They are tall at height 1...
