A rare Worcester porcelain coffee can, tapering slightly toward the base and molded with corrugated ribs above a finely scalloped foot, the lobed rim with a slight flare, and the double scroll handle with a pointed thumbrest. Painted in the Chinese style with flowering plants, the border with half-flowerheads linked by a red line above leafy tendrils.

A First Period Dr. Wall Worcester teabowl, of octagonal form, with a slightly everted rim, printed in outline and delicately hand coloured with the "Red Bull" pattern, the borders with half flowerheads alternating with green diaper panels. This is the rare early version of this pattern when Worcester first started using printed patterns. The pattern is based on a Chinese famille rose design from the Yongzheng period and appears circa 1754-56.

A vintage mid century modernist pair of salad servers in sterling silver and exotic wood by William Spratling. One is an open slotted spoon/fork and the other is a large serving spoon. They each measure 12 1/4" long and 2 14" across the bowls. Marked with the conjoined 'WS', Taxco and 925. These were the marks used between 1933-40, the first design period.

Made of thick lightly hammered sterling with three small balls near where the silver is attached to the wood.

Large antique Chinese Qing dynasty to early Republic carved jade buddhist lion group. The jade is light celadon grey in colour with areas of russet skin. The fine craftsmanship is showcased in the lively expression of the Lionness and her cub. Both the Lionness and cub have round bright eyes, bushy eyebrows and detailed hair markings on the mane and the tufted tail. Open carving between the ribbons and near the lion’s tail and front paws.

A MASSIVE BRASS MORTAR WITH CORRESPONDING PESTLE, DATED MID 18TH. CENTURY, CA. 1730-50.

The mortar is huge and measure an anstonishing 15 cm. in height and is 15 cm. wide at the rim. The corrosponding pestle measure 24,5 cm. The weight is 6,5 kilograms!

A very accomplished mortar in the early-mid 18th. century baroque style with fine concenthric decorations and square handled along.

This is a beautiful and well potted Song Bowl. The Bowl has the ring of a highly fired porcelain bowl. It measures a full 6.8 inches in diameter and stands 2.63 inches in height. The glaze runs to to the foot. There is also a thick glaze that pools at the rim. I purchased this fine bowl from a very reputable Dealer(Doug Dover) in Atlanta in the early 90's.
