Federal Classical silver ladle. Made by Gould & Ward in Baltimore, ca 1820. Upturned fiddle terminal engraved with script monogram. Marked “Gould & Ward Baltimore” with “11-12”, which was the Baltimore alloy. Gould & Ward succeeded Gelston & Gould and was in turn succeeded by Gould, Stowell & Ward. A genealogy of Baltimore silver embodied in a useful serving piece. Very good condition with nice patina.

Chinese silver mug, ca 1910. Straight and upward tapering sides and c-scroll handle. A spare form enlivened with applied wraparound dragon chasing its tail. Marks include stamp for Wang Hing, a maker and retailer in Canton and Hong Kong. Very good condition.

One of Antonio Pineda's most spectacular bracelets and highly sought after by collectors is his "Spheres" bracelet. These stunning Antonio Pineda Amethyst Earrings have a Modernist style with a elongated tapered tube of silver with a cone shaped amethyst stone set to dangle at the bottom. They measure 3" long and together they weigh 26.6 grams. Hallmarked with the Antonio Crown on one and the eagle 17 on the other (marks are a bit faint and impossible to get a good picture). The screw backs function well and there is only light wear and tarnish, no damage noted. Chic and elegant with timeless style.

Danish Biedermeier Gothic Troubadour silver hunting horn on stand, 1855.

Horn has two applied bands with leafing scrollwork and cast green man applied to front. At top a third band with mandolin-strumming maidens and coat of arms-bearing pages in cloister colonnade. Cover domed with leaf-mounted cast figural finial in form of winged Classical man in drapery and helmet pouring wine into a cup. Tail cap has acanthus leaf border with cast owl finial. This fabulous vintage Mexican Bracelet has a stunning design similar to the work of Antonio Pineda - it's signed with the initials AP but they differ from the more common Pineda hallmark and we're not sure who the artist is. It's a massive piece measuring 7" long, 1" wide and is quite heavy at 115.5 grams. Early style pin closure. No damage noted, just some light wear and tarnish and the Amethyst stones have the typical inclusions. A fantastic bracelet that any collector will love.

Applied copper and silver ornament: Tree with blossoming branches and sinuous irregular trunk rooted in granulated soil; above a butterfly and bird. Ground engraved with wild grass in foreground and hills in background. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, no. B75, and date letter. Good condition with some spotting to copper.
