This is a darling Vintage Lucite Scottie Dog Pin Brooch. It is reverse carved with painted highlights, along with big googly eyes! It comes from the 1930s and has survived all of those years in excellent condtion. The only indication of its age is some rust on the pin stem which could be removed easily. It is approximately 2 1/2" x 2 3/4". There are no makers marks.

This wonderful statement pin was designed by contemporary designer jeweler, Iradj Moini. It measures 2 7/8" long x 2 3/8" wide and the setting is handcrafted from antiqued brass. It has a tiger eye stone center with faux included sapphires and faux baroque pearls on the border. One of the pearls has some nacre loss on the reverse, but it does not read on the front. Other than that, the pin is in very good condition and is signed "Iradj Moini" on an applied plaque.
