For sale here is an incredibly expressive vintage 1960s signed original pastel on paper drawing of an ethnic woman in a dramatic dancer-like pose. Exceptional quality, and in the original period frame. This drawing is done in vibrant chalk or pastel on a black paper with a nubby surface similar to fabric. Pierced colonnade and rinceaux as well as ovals inset with paterae. Engraved garland. Beading. Cobalt glass liner. With tongs: U-form with acorn jaws, bright-cut ornament, and engraved armorial.
