Beautiful 18K rose gold and diamond brooch, ca 1880. A scallop shell inlaid with 175 rose-cut diamonds. Overhanging “valve” terminates in volute scrolls and is bisected with raised band of 10 inlaid rose-cut diamonds with a brown diamond drop. Excellent condition.

This pretty brooch with stones mounted in silver-topped 18k gold has been designed in the shape of a flower.
The petals have been formed from 5 incised citrines in a warm smokey yellow-brown color which surround a cut diamond in the center.
The stem of the flower and the petals' border are all highlighted by inlaid old European and rose-cut diamonds.
The back has been marked with a French guarantee stamp.

Unusual 14K gold and enamel Egyptian-Revival brooch featuring large enamel wings encrusted with inlaid miner-cut diamonds that branch out from central mount shaped by two Egyptian cats. Carved turquoise scarab sits at center and a gold-mounted sapphire extends from the mount. Circa 1920. Excellent condition.

Ovalish well, curved sides with lobing and applied leaf border, and scalloped rim with the famous chrysanthemum flower heads alternating with leaves. A profusion of blossoms bunched at ends and wrapped around bracket handles. Reeded oval foot ring with chased leaves. Well has engraved interlaced script monogram with French motto “Si Dieu Veult” (that is, “God willing”).
