Overlay in dense and dynamic flower head pattern with interlaced and overlapping petals and pointille florets. Marked “Sterling Silver Deposit 46”. Very good condition.

Art Deco sterling silver and enamel box. Made by Harman Brothers in Birmingham in 1972. Rectangular with straight sides. Cover hinged and tabbed; top gently curved with rectangle (vacant) surrounded by purple guilloche enamel. Interior cedar lined. Laminate-lined bottom. Fully marked. Good condition with strong and intact color. A few pings to cover.

Tight and dense overlay with flower heads and rolling scrolls. Scalloped borders. Scrolled cartouche with interlaced script monogram. Glass red except stopper plug, which is clear. Fully marked including patent year 1886 and no. S682. Very good condition with deep patina.
