Art nouveau hand-hammered sterling silver gravy boat on stand. Made by Georg Jensen in Denmark. Boat with lip spout, thumb rest and scroll hand with rinceaux-style seed-and-leaf finger ring. Tooled and tubular support on raised oval foot with tooled lines and applied beads. Stand oval with well and open ends inset with same seed-and-leaf motif. Both have postwar marks and no. 177.
