Two are available... This wonderful novelty stem by Morgantown glass features a rooster as its stem. These wine glasses were made in the 1930s and came in 6 colors.... this one has a light blue bowl and foot. It is in excellent, unused condition and stands 4" high and 3" across the rim. This lovely stem was produced by Morgantown Glass Company during the 1940's. These are called the 'Top Hat' cocktail because of the figural stem. Morgantown made these exclusively for the Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, and they were never offered for sale to the general public directly. Offered here are 6 Top Hat cocktails: 2 Topaz, 2 Smoke, 1 amethyst and 1 blue. All are in perfect condition. Price is per stem.
Pair of antique Japanese Satsuma vases, in cobalt blue with 4 hand painted panels each. Each has 2 painted panels with people and the other 2 with roosters and birds. This vases are circa 1780. They were made by the artist as a pair.
Artist marks are on the front panels on the hanging paintings.they have the marks of SUIGETSU who lived and worked in the late 18th century.

A Moser style wine glass with wonderful overall gilt decoration of florals and a gold frieze as a border at the top of the glass. The foot and stem are enameled to match the cup. There is a large polished pontil nearly the size of the foot. The wine glass is colorless shading to pale green at the top and is 4 inches tall. Just a wonderful little work of art.

This extremely rare and very early Derby enameled wine taster is of circular shape with gadrooned sides, and has a pierced scroll handle in puce with the exterior handle ends with applied leaves in green. Makuzu Kozan II (Hanzan) (1859 - 1940)
Makuzu Kozan II, the adopted son of Makuzu Kozan I, was born Miyagawa Hannosuke. He was known for his blue and white Seto style wares, as well as his excellent Kyoto-style ink painting. Kozan I turned the family factory over to Hanzan in the 1880's and in 1917, one year after his fathers death, Hanzan took the name Makuzu Kozan II.
