Engine-turned ornament in plain frames on sides and cover top. Front side has applied rectangular plate (vacant). Cover top has engraved diagonal band with chevron in lower-right corner, and tooled ornamental border. Box and cover interior cedar lined. Box underside laminate-lined. Fully marked. Imbricated feathers and hinged plumy wings that can be opened to suggest flight. Hollow gilt-washed interior for holding treats. German marks including Hanau maker’s stamp (Gebrüder Neumann) and American importer’s stamp (Buchholz & Zelt). Very good condition.

An attractive decoration for the wine cellar.

A bold beautiful Mexican Silver & Amethyst bracelet by the famous Fred Davis. Each of the six heavy sterling silver links is set at the center with a deep purple amethyst cabochon stone. The bracelet measures 8" long by 1 1/4" wide and it weighs 60.7 grams. Hallmarked with the FD mono, Silver Mexico. Some light age related wear and tarnish. The amethyst have the typical inclusions and are smooth to the touch. Fold over clasp. A fantastic bracelet by an important jeweler.

This William Spratling Mexican Silver Bracelet is from his first design period 1931-1946 and consider one of his most iconic designs. It measures 7 1/4" long by 1" wide and weighs 70.6 grams of sterling silver. Hallmarked with the WS mono, Spratling Made in Mexico, and Spratling Silver. It is in good vintage condition with some light wear, tarnish, and has developed a lovely patina. Early style pin closure and attached safety chain. A great vintage bracelet for any collector.

Turn-of-the-century Silberiris glass vase by Loetz with engraved silver overlay. Ovoid with impressed shoulder and molten-style irregular turned-down rim. Overlay in form of whiplash tendrils and loose and fluid blooms. Glass iridescent in purple, yellow, and green with a few glimpses of blue. Gorgeous Art Nouveau with nice shimmer.
