Ovoid crystal bowl with cut and engraved ornament: Beaded horse shoe in curvilinear strapwork frame, and stylized thistles. Sterling silver helmet mouth in shaped mount with raised grain heads and entwined tendrils; high-looping reeded handle. Flattened ball stopper with same and short clear glass plug. Silver fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. D1170. Excellent condition.

Art Nouveau sterling silver and clear glass inkwell. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Bellied and lobed clear glass base with short inset foot and carved and engraved stylized flowers. Short neck with sterling silver collar and hinged ball cover with stylized flowers and scrolls in ogee frame, and bead-and-reel rim. Collar and cover interior gild washed. Fully marked 14515 (first produced in 1900) and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Very good condition.

Sterling silver collar with branch-form scroll-handle mounted at base to beaded gridle. Cover domed and hinged with cast finial in figure of reclining nude ephebe holding a jug. Edwardian sterling silver and cut-glass decanter. Made by William Aitken in Birmingham in 1902. Ovoid glass bowl. On sides plain flutes alternating with diaper flutes; shoulder has shaped facets. Straight neck with sterling silver collar and hinged domed cover with twisted finial and v-spout; bracket handle. Fully marked. Very good condition.

Globular stopper with dense repousse-style flowers and ferns on stippled ground. Marked “Sterling” with stamp for James R. Armiger Co., a Baltimore maker that began working under that name in 1896. Very good condition with deep patina.
