Short neck in silver collar and hinged and cork-lined cover. Overlay in form of dense leafing scrollwork and flowers. Glass is clear. Silver marked “Solid Silver / Pat. Jan. 5-86”. Fairfax sterling silver tea tray, ca 1920. Retailed by Black, Starr & Frost in New York. Rectilinear with chamfered corners and shaped ends with cutout oval handles.
