On shoulder engraved armorial with lion rampant and Latin motto “Vive Ut Vivas” (Live That You May Live). Sturdy with nice heft and balance. Fine examples of the enduring popularity of 18th-century design well into the reign of the young queen. Fully marked. Very good condition.
