This is a gorgeous brooch - perfect for lots of fall and winter clothes. It is made of shiny silver colored metal, and it is 2 1/4" square. The larged smoked glass pieces are interespersed with bright sparking rhinestones of varying sizes - all prong set. The pin is sightly domed to add interest. It is in excellent condition and it is not marked.

This is one of the prettiest Schiaparelli sets I have ever had. It is shiny silver plated, likely rhodium and it has an intricate flower design done with sparkling clear rhinestones, ruby red cabochons, and big faux pearls each with a rhinestone in the top. There is a Hallmark that is barely visible Made in USA and a symbol which I cannot photograph which appears to be a star with circle made of dots (Fred Gray).

A lovely Nicoya figure from Costa Rica, ca. 300 BC – 300 AD. This rare Chaco Black on Red example is 5-3/4” high and depicts a female, seated with legs crossed and hands holding the belly. She is adorned with a segmented appliqué necklace and the characteristic body décor encircling the breasts, on the shoulders and face. The spine is protruding along the back. Left door inscribed with dedication by the donor. Very rare cast bronze sculpture of the Chinese monk Xuanzang with a pile of Buddhist scriptures rolled up and stacked in the pack on his back and a lotus leaf over his head from which dangles an incense burner, as he returns to China from India.
In his hands he was holding a scroll and a fly whisk that are now missing. Figure stands on an irregularly shaped base. Japan, mid Edo period, 18th century.
