Lavender over amber and colorless cameo vase by DeVez measuring 4 ½ inches tall and 4 ½ inches in diameter. The vase features a mountain, village and lake scene with boat with a top border of flowers and foliage. A differntly shaped vase with the same scene is illustrated in Blount’s “French Cameo Glass” photo 174b on page 107. The cameo signature is illustrated in the same book on page 148 as signature 110. A 6 inch tall Moser marquetry vase that is signed “Moser Karlsbad.” The vase is colorless shading to an olive green at the top and bottom. There is a nicely carved cameo applied flower in deep lavender just slightly above center and the balance of the vase is enhanced with intaglio foliage and flowers. The top diameter of the vaseis 1 5/8 inches in diameter and the base has a large polished pontil. The piece was made circa 1900.
