These fantastic, rare Morgantown wine stems feature delicate, whisper-thin blown Pineapple optic crystal clear bowls. Attached are deep amber, almost a root beer color pulled stems with clear blown feet. Each is a bit of art from the 1920s-1930s. Each sparkly piece stands 5 1/8" tall and 3 1/2" across the cut and finished rim. I have other Morgantown and elegant glassware in my inventory ... take a peek.
This lovely stem was produced by Morgantown Glass Company during the 1940's. These are called the 'Top Hat' cocktail because of the figural stem. Morgantown made these exclusively for the Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, and they were never offered for sale to the general public directly. Offered here are 6 Top Hat cocktails: 2 Topaz, 2 Smoke, 1 amethyst and 1 blue. All are in perfect condition. Price is per stem.

Lavender over amber and colorless cameo vase by DeVez measuring 4 ½ inches tall and 4 ½ inches in diameter. The vase features a mountain, village and lake scene with boat with a top border of flowers and foliage. A differntly shaped vase with the same scene is illustrated in Blount’s “French Cameo Glass” photo 174b on page 107. The cameo signature is illustrated in the same book on page 148 as signature 110. Excellent condition.
Pastel Blue Favrile low compote or candy dish in the rice pattern. The compote is 5 inches in diameter and 3 1/4 inches tall. The rim of the compote has an onion skin border and the foot, which has an opal rim, has a polished pontil mark on which appears the signature “L.C.T. Favrile 5-1776.”

The bowl and underplate have matching scenes of trees and meadow in the foreground with a lake and mountains in the distant background. The bases of each piece are cut with 24 rays. The bowl is 4 ½ inches in diameter and 2 1/4 inches high. The underplate is 6 3/8 inches in diameter.

A 6 inch tall Moser marquetry vase that is signed “Moser Karlsbad.” The vase is colorless shading to an olive green at the top and bottom. There is a nicely carved cameo applied flower in deep lavender just slightly above center and the balance of the vase is enhanced with intaglio foliage and flowers. The top diameter of the vaseis 1 5/8 inches in diameter and the base has a large polished pontil. The piece was made circa 1900.
