similar to Krider Victorian Silver Compote Circa 1860
I believe this to be a unique American piece of silver. The maker is P.L. Krider [PLK] from Philadelphia. I will let the photos show the unusual design elements in this piece. I will say of boat shape, with very thick gage to the stand design. The inside of the bowl has a great rose gilding with a beautiful patina.
