This miniature letter opener is sterling and 14K and is fully hallmarked on the back. There is a figural head of a woman in 14K with a crown on her head on the handle. It is also monogrammed with a woman’s name on the knife. It measures about 4 1/4 inches in length. Nice condition and patina.
