Late 19th century Chinese seal carved out of lapis lazuli . Beautifully designed in a shape of a mountain, deep blue on one side with white streaks on the other, golden flecks on the sides. The bottom is carved with raised characters, traces of red seal paste in the grooves. Very beautiful piece appropriate for scholar’s table, pleasant matte surface.
