Antique Native North American Indians Beaded Buckskin Tobacco Pouch

A tanned hide bag fringed at the bottom and beaded at the front with sinew-sewn seed blue, yellow and red glass beads with geometrical triangular pattern, against a white ground. The interior of the pouch is lined with fabric.

CONDITION:

In overall good condition showing the age and usage with a beautiful old patina from sweat and grease, some minor loss of the red beads along the opening. The hide including fringes are very dry.
