Set of 13 Pieces Old (1930's) Japanese Nippon Chocolate Set with Cranes Marked

The chocolate pot is 8.6 inches (22 cm) tall by 7.1 inches (18 cm) wide. The cups are 2.8 inches (7.5 cm) tall by 3.6 inches (9 cm) in diameter. The saucers are 5 inches (12.5 cm) in diameter.

The entire set has rubbing of gold, some have slight discoloration and yellowing, surface wears, and rubbing of the markings. The chocolate pot has a paint loss near the lip, slight yellowing, minor stains, and a flea bite chip at the underside of the lid. Some of the cups have slight yellowing and minor stains. One cup has a very small hairline crack at the lip. Another cup has 2 hairline cracks and a small chip at the foot. Another cup has rubbing of glazes, excess glazes and slight discoloration. One saucer has hairline glaze cracks at the bottom that did not go through. Another saucer has a very small hairline glaze crack at the lip. Another saucer has skip glazes and slight yellowing (all as seen in the photos).

Set of 9 Old (1930's) Japanese Nippon Moriage Red Jewel Tea Set with Bird & Plum Blossom Mark "Hand Painted Japan" & "Made In Japan"

The teapot is 4.85 inches (12.2 cm) tall by 8.4 inches (21.4 cm) wide. The sugar is 4 inches (10.2 cm) tall by 6.2 inches (15.6 cm) wide. The creamer is 3.35 inches (8.5 cm) tall by 4.75 inches (12 cm) wide.
