Guest Book
A finely potted (slab built?) japanese pottery teapot of hexagonal form sprigged with cherry blossom and bamboo. It has a yellowish buff glaze with green highlights to the sprigged decoration.

There is an impressed makers mark to the base.

Probably dating from the Meiji period, it measures 17.5×13×21.5 cm and weighs 881 gms.

The style is reminiscent of Kangxi Yixing teapots.
