If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.
Please ship the item back to the shop within 3 days of the acknowledgement via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition
as when it was shipped to you. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless otherwise agreed. After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.
We typically double box large items or those weighing over 5 lbs at no additional charge. Other items we typically ship items using a single box with plenty of cushioning material.
We will double-box your item upon request for an additional charge to cover the cost of the extra postage and materials.
