Cute endearing child’s belt hook. The dragon is very protective and good luck for the child.

The belt buckle is silver and polishes up very well. The shape is a hook shape with the head of the dragon being the top of the hook. The scales of the dragon’s body appear in the middle with a web at the base. The head of the dragon is fierce with sharp teeth, whiskers, bulging eyes and horns. The back has a knob to attach to the robe.

There is a Chinese character on the back near the knob. (see detailed photo).

2 9/16” (6.5 cm) long x 11/16” (1.7 cm) wide x 1 ¼” (3 cm) high. Weight .8 oz (23 g)

There are two tiny scratches by the head. There is a small hole at the base of the buckle on the flange and a tiny hole on the back by the Chinese character. There are no dents cracks or breaks.

A whimsical artifact for a child.
