An amazing, carved, conjoined pair of pale celadon jade earrings that were in fashion in the Qing dynasty.

A matched pair of jade earrings that are carved from single blocks of jade. The jade was carved into conjoined rings that were given faceted finishes. The jade has been hand polished showing a nice soft finish. The jade itself is translucent with little inclusions showing. Each earring has a larger and smaller ring. The earrings catch the light and have movement and sound when worn.

Hangs 1 1/8”
Larger hoop is ¾” outer diameter
Smaller hoop is 11/16 out diameter
Weighs .25 oz (7.22 g)

One pair of earrings has a nick on the larger ring. It is on the surface and does not go through. There are no chips, cracks, or breaks. There is some residue from the polishing paste in the crevices.

An amazing work of carving by the Chinese jade carver that could be worn today or add to a jade collection.
