Chinese porcelain panels decorated in underglaze cobalt blue representing lake mountainous landscapes. There are three panels.The price is for one:600$.To be sold separately or in pairs. Must have been part of a screen. Good condition except for some minor wear. Dimension approximately 161 to 166 x 500 to 504mm. I don't know the period. I think that it's not modern probably later 20th century or ealier?

A cast iron beast, probably a tiger. The elongated shape of the animal, the size, the sagging of the back, suggest that it is a brush rest. There are a lot of modern cast iron copies, which may be the case here, but we can certify that this little tiger has been in the Sakura collection for at least forty years, which proves nothing. Sculpture smal but powerfull. Good condition. Length: 85mm The price is depending on the doubt.

Table with double trays serving as a double stand for precious objects,censers or vases. It is constructed from a hard precious wood that resembles rosewood. It is possible that it is Huang-Hualy, a specialist will be able to identify it. The construction is very neat, the joints are perfect, it is a beautiful work of cabinetmaking. I think it is a Chinese piece of furniture from the beginning of the 20th century. Good condition, no restoration, beautiful patina. 545x245mm

Chinese porcelain vase. Enamelled background in a beautiful deep red-orange. Decor of plants and flowers painted in "Famille rose" enamels. Probably Chinese work but perhaps Japanese. Below, no mark allowing precise dating. 20th century or earlier. Good condition, slight wear from use. Height: 145mm Diameter: 120mm

Small pink rock crystal teapot. It is carved with 5 dragons cut with a grinding wheel in high relief. One of them serves as a handle, another as a pouring spout and a third as a gripping fretel. The last two are flanked on either side of the teapot. The 5 dragons have a strong cultural significance in Chinese art. Wooden base, finely crafted with stylized dragons. Chinese work from the 20th century, probably from the 1960s. Good condition. 16cm x 12cm

Wooden panel covered with a thick layer of green urushi lacquer decorated with a lake landscape. A pontoon on stilts in light relief brown, ocher and yellow lacquer is surrounded by flowering Irises. The leaves are also in green thick lacquer and the flowers are in mother-of-pearl and eggshell, probably ostrich. The work is particularly neat and very solid. No signature, but certainly an excellent artist. We think, without absolute certainty, that it is a Japanese work probably from the Taisho period around 1930 or before? Very rare object. 545x395mm Good condition.

Porcelain vase decorated in enamel with bats fluttering in the clouds. Period 20 ° but not modern, probably republic. Good condition, some wear and some burnt enamels visible on photo. High: 40cm

White and blue porcelain incense burner. The boat is led by a young boy. The decoration of birds, flowers and waves is painted in cobalt blue hight-fired under glassure. No mark, Japanese Kyushu kilns work probably from Mikawachi (Hirado kilns, late 19th century.Meiji. Length.375mm. Good condition, some slight fired defects. An identical model but without the boatman (missing or broken?) is housed at the Los Angeles Museum (L.A.C.M.A).

Pair of lacquered wooden panels inlaid with jade and soapstone. The first is decorated with antiques, the second with foliage and birds. The sculptures are of very good quality. The wooden frames as well as the lacquered backs are late 20th century but we believe that parts were recovered from older broken furniture and were reused here, as can be seen with the small wooden panels decorated with bats and mother-of-pearl inlays that are 19th century or earlier. We can sell them separately, the one with the elephant being the most expensive. 131x71cm. They are very heavy.There is wear, a few light scratches and small bumps from use. There are not restaure, not missing. They are very decorative panels with superb designs, aesthetically much superior to what we can usually see on the market.

Print by Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995). "White Plum in Farmyard". Good condition. Framed under glass. Dimensions of the print 26x36.5cm, of the frame: 46x56cm.

Gold and silver steel cigarette case. Work in the style of Komei. The landscape decorations are in gold and silver relief. Examination with a magnifying glass does not show us the typical scratches of a damascene work (nunome zogan). The borders are worked with floral motifs in slight relief, the hollows being filled with black lacquer. two golden metal chains to hold the cigarettes. These two chains are extendable by a clever spring system hidden in each link. Japan Taisho or Showa period.Good condition, a very little wear from use. Size about 15cm.

Chinese porcelain dish of the eggshell type. Decoration of wise men, in a garden, accompanied by their disciples. Some characters contemplate a scroll of paint, others are seated in front of what seems to be antiques. Some carry symbolic attributes such as Lingzhi mushrooms or knowledge plaquets. The drawings are finely executed, the porcelain is fine without defects.It is a creation of the best quality for this period. Excellent condition which is rare for such fine porcelain. On the reverse apocryphal imperial mark of Qianlong in blue enamel on glaze. Chinese work from the beginning of the 20th century. Diameter from 228 to 230mm, Height 45mm.
