This mixed group of individually priced Pre-Columbian gold pieces (94.113AAHD, 94.113VHD, 94.113WHD, 102.58AHD, 102.58BHD, TF97.151, WJF317C, and WJF389) originated in Colombia, Panama, and Peru. All were brought into the U.S. in the mid-20th century. There are three nose ornaments, two of which can also be worn as rings, and a large nose ring that can be worn as a bracelet; several large tube beads easily adapted for modern wear; and a couple of packets with 20 sheet gold beads that cannot be worn without risk of damage but would make a great display. This group offers a buyer an excellent opportunity to pick up a true Pre-Columbian gold ornament at a relatively inexpensive price. Each photo shows first the illustrated item’s inventory number in brackets, followed by a brief description and then the grade in brackets. Next come the age, cultural horizon, and country of origin. Next is a dimension in millimeters, and if appropriate, a ring size. After that is a comment about condition, and finally the price. Select or ask any question by referring first to the Trocadero Item Number on this page, and then to our Inventory Number as shown on the given photograph. Each gold piece purchased from this page will come with a small display card, a map of the country of origin with the cultural location highlighted, and our certificate guaranteeing authenticity to the original buyer. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing time, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have twelve different items on a page, each individually priced and available! Any item that has been sold will be so noted on its photograph.
