This group of twelve, individually priced textiles (99.99C.HD, 99.96E.HD, 99.96G.HD, 99.170HD, 99.174B.HD, 100.255B.HD, 100.255BB.HD, 100.255IR.HD, 100.255IR2.HD and 100.255IT.HD), are all colorful fragments from mostly Pre-Columbian mantas, ponchos, belts, etc. Included are 10 Pre-Columbian textiles from the Nazca, Chimu, and Chancay horizons of Peru, and one woven belt from Peru that is probably Colonial in age. If you are a collector of either Pre-Columbian art or old textiles, you should review this group for the opportunity to acquire an authentic textile at a great price. Each photo shows first our inventory number in brackets and then a brief item description followed by a ‘relic’ grade estimate (from 1 to 10). Next are the dimensions of the textile, followed by its age, culture, and country of origin. Next is a brief comment about condition, and lastly the price. Select or ask any question by referring first to the Trocadero Item Number on this page, and then to our Inventory Number shown on the given photograph. Each textile comes in a Riker-style collector frame along with a map of Peru highlighting the area from which that piece came, and our certificate guaranteeing authenticity. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have twelve different items on a page, each individually priced!
