A beautifull Ming dynasty box in good condition. The box is found in the earth and has a fine crackle pattern all over with on some places a fine orange tinted earth in the crackle lines. Inside it is visible in this crackle pattern that underhalve and lid belong with each other. The box has a persimmon drawn in the main medaillon on top and running horses drawn on the sides. Width 10,5cm. Height 6cm

A perfect Ming dynasty box with a stylized dragon. On the side panels persimmon and i presume gourds. This box has no cracks or flaws. A beautifull satin glaze. The box has a little piece of clay from before baking it, in the underside rim, exactly fitting a little dip in the lid. See fourth photo. Width 10,5cm. Hight 6,5cm

Ming Swatow bowl in very good condition with tassels and gourds decoration. No flaws. A fine crackle pattern, here and there, filled with an ochre earth colour adds to the charm of the bowl. The bowl has a dull sound when tapped but good. Width 21,8cm. Height 6,5cm. This is a rather rare bowl, though recently some were found in a shipwreck, I would think in a river estuary because the normal glaze deterioration of pieces found in a shipwreck are not there...
