This is an extremely rare scaraboid of a ram. The base is
inscribed with a standing deity flanked by two cartouches
with a variation of the throne name of Tuthmosis III.

Date: Egypt, Third Intermediate Period, ca. 1069 - 664 B.C.
Material: Steatite
Size: ca. 2,3 cm; c. 0.91 inches
Condition: chipped
Provenance: private French collection, formed before 1980.
