This is a very fine ancient faience amulet of Anubis standing with left leg forward, arms atside;
he wears pleated kilt and tripartite wig; back-pillar perforated laterally behind shoulders.
There is an old collection tag under the base.

Date: Late Period, 26th - 30th Dynasty, circa 664-332 B.C.
