A Japanese Iki-ningyō sculpture okimono of a fisherman holding an heavy wooden basket simulating bamboo woven with two large fishes. The sculpture is attributable to Hananuma Masakichi (花 沼 政 吉, 1832-1895). He was a Japanese sculptor specializing in “iki-ningyo” or realistic dolls.
