A deep pool of rice wine awaits the drinker in this stately form by Miwa Kazuhiko enclosed in the original signed wooden box titled Cup of Deep Abundance (Fuchifuchi-hai). The name comes from the deep part of a river (fuchi) where fish tend to gather. This very liquid form seems already imbibed with rice wine, the base stable while the sides tilt slightly, sagging on the stool, a superb work by Abe Anjin.
