As if dragged from the ocean floor, the calcified form of this star shaped shell glistens with foggy blue inside, capturing the heart of the sea from which it came. The five lids with different shells are an ingenious addition to the shape of the body. A superlative jar by Koike Shoko enclosed in the original signed wooden box titled Luster-sai Kai-no-Mizusashi.
