Kako Katsumi a rising star in the ceramics world, born in Kyoto in 1965, the third generation of a family of potters. His list of exhibitions and awards has been amazing, including the Paramita Museum, Tanabe Museum Exhibition for tea wares, Japan Fine Arts Exhibition, Award at Kyoto Fine Arts Exhibition among many others . Works by the artist are held in many public collections, including The Philadelphia Museum of Art.
