The size of Bowl: 7 3/8” Dia x 4 7/8”High. This is gorgeously painted with Gold and multiple colors in Japanese Kiku (chrysanthemum) design inside and outside. The bowl has 5 pinched finish on the edge with beautiful shape. Bowl is made from fine crackle finish Satsuma body. The painting details are mind boggling. One of prettiest Thousands flower design ever seen. It is signed, “Hanzan zo” (Hanzan made). Also marking of Shimazu Satsuma, Cross mon mark. The condition of bowl excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. The outside upper rim area has some gold wear. All inside has pretty well in original condition. It is from Meiji period, 1868-1912.
