The size of Plate: 8 5/8" Dia x 1 1/2" High. This is very fine Japanese Ko Imari Plate Pair. Each Plate has beautiful flower petal shape body with fine quality porcelain. The plate has fine contour shape. Each Plate has two different windows. One with boat and landscape. Other with Plum and bamboo. Between them with gold and red Karakusa design. Center with blue and white underglaze peony design. Both plate are excellent condition, no chip, no crack and no hairline. Very little wear on both plate. Dating the plate from early 19c, 1830-40's. Please note one little Hittsuki on the left side plate, foot rim. No enamel loss. Both plate sit well Hard to find fine condition pair.
