The Buddha sakyamuni seated in virasana on a stylized and decorated lotus throne, his right hand in bhumisparshamudra. Wearing diaphanous cloak. His face with meditative expression arched eyebrows set above almond shaped eyes, elongated earlobes, curled hairdress. This fine wooden piece dates back to post Angkor period late 16th to early 17th Century. The piece is 2.4 Ft (72 cms) tall. Estimated value: U$D 1500 / 2000
