Prices: All prices are guidelines. These can vary by the rate of the dollar or how bad we want to sell at any given time. So don't hesitate to ask, bargain or make a best offer, sometimes we can be flexible!
We gladly do 'lay-aways' (payment plans) - so if you want to pay over a few months, we always offer to reserve an item with a downpayment of at least 25% of the full price. Please ask for options. Condition: We describe the condition of any item as relative to the type, culture and age. We try to do a brief and exact description, so don't hesitate to ask for an in deep report on any item. Authenticity Guaranteed: Senatus Consulto fully guarantees all artifacts and coins to be genuine in every aspect unless otherwise stated in the item description. All artifacts and collectibles are accompanied by an invoice which also function as a Lifetime Certificate of Authenticity. Any item significantly deviating from the information provided by us regarding culture and dating, may be returned for a prompt refund excluding shipping and handling. Any detail regarding an antiquity that is not known to us, will be noted as such. In order to receive a refund for authenticity reasons (After the 14 days after receival, which is covered by Satisfaction Guarantee (se below)), we require a written statement from an expert in the field of concern, a TL test or the like. We do not cover expenses to acquire documentation. Satisfaction Guarantee: You can return any item with which you for any reason are not satisfied within 14 days of receival. We will issue a prompt refund of your payment, except for costs such as shipping charges, sales fees, taxes, handling fees etc., upon receival of the item in the same condition as when we shipped it. Returns:Prior to any return, we need to be notified. Items are to be packed safely. Taxes and legal issues: We are not in any way responsible for costs, delays or legal issues in the home countries of our customers. |
