A very interesting and quite rare massive padlock, dating back in the 18th. century.

The Lock comes from the old 'Horsens Tugthus' - a criminal institution / prison. It's a massive construction in iron with a large bow and hidden keyhole.

Size: 15,4 cm. tall (when locked) and 10,8 cm. wide. It comes with the original key, 8,5 cm. long.

The highlight of the lot a large terracotta lamp with a very detailed Lion (13,5 cm. long), but it also includes a Roman lamp with two figures (8,8 cm.), and lastly a small refined lamp (7,7 cm.). Interesting lot and too good to be sold as one really!

Finaly made with the typical low slung belly and profiled handle. With red glaze.

A delicate black ware cup or Kylix with long handles at each side South-Italian, likely Apulia, c. 4th. century AD:

The fine cup with stamped decor in the center and with concenthric lines at the base/bottom. Nice piece almost fully intact, hairline reattachedment of one handle.
