An interesting an artful Chinese glazed pottery figure of an Equatian dignitairy dating to the Wei-Sui period - 386-618 AD.

He is dressed in a robe and wears a hat, sitting as if the horse has just being brought to a halt. wiht a determined expression on his face.

Size: The figure measure 29,4 x 24 cm.

Condition: A choice figure with wear for type and age, and some nicely done restoration. Much original glaze still remains.

Superbly cast and reworked and finely polished bell with spikes and an archaic design.

A rare Imperial Yellow Ming Pottery Goutou tile terminal, late 14th or early 15th century, probably South Nanjing, Jiangsu province. The circular roundel is moulded with an Imperial ‘Five Claw Dragon’ in a fine yellow glaze.

High relief and very attractive.

Lovely ancient stone carving in a spinach green nephrite jade stone, depicting a tortoise or turtles shell, Liangzhu culture, Neolithic period, 3300–2300 BC.

The shell with engraving on the top of a stylished fish and two holes for attaching it to a string. Lovely white calcification on the inside, in the devices and inside the mounting holes.

Lovely jar, covered in green glaze with a wonderful ancient iridescence, Chinese Han Dynasty, c. 200 BC-100 AD.

Size: 16 cm. wide and 13-14 cm. tall.

Condition: Good very fine completely intact, with exceptional golden and silverish hues. Partly covered with earthern encrustations, which could be removed, if so desired.

The vases of a traditional Hu shape and with typical unglazed marks from the Kiln of the rim. This had to do with how these were burnt in the Kiln.

A wonderful pair of decorative pottery figures of House Attendants, dating to Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644.

Male house attendants, dressed in blue and torqouis glazed robes. One is carrying a box on a scarf in front of his chest, the other a tray with food. They are placed on square plints, and both wear a black hat with pigmented colors.

A wonderfull pair of decorative pottery figures of seated Dignitaries or Officials, dating to Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644.

Elderly men with beards, seated on chairs, with their right arms to the belt and the left to their knees. They are dressed in large dark blue and torqouis colored robes, with a dark blue hats on their heads.

Attractive pendant of a duck in beautiful Nephrite Jade, Chinese, 19th/20th. cent.

The pendant is in the shape a double fruit with leafs and loop at the top carved in celadon Nephrite.

A wonderful pair of larger Chinese pottery figure of two male attendants. The figures date to Ming Dynasty 1368-1644 AD.

The two figures are dressed in robes, glazed in Green and Yellow Sancai colors. They are placed on plints, and each hold a book in front of the chest.

Both wear hats and have nice facial features and details made with fragile pigment colors of which some still remains.
