A rare and very nice Assigned and dated bronze Mortar of Johannes Rall, Germany 1716.

Johannes Rall is likely a German Citizen of the city Eningen (AD 1664-1736). A finely made Mortar with original Pestle. The Mortar is inscribed with Johannes Rall along the Rim and there's a centrally placed Medallion or Crest, flanked by two birds

Size: 12 cm. high and quite massive, the Pestle is 20 cm long.

Condition: Choice, no damage and preserved details, some smooth wear...

Highly interesting elaborate Temple standards, Sino-tibetan.

Each standard is 185-187 cm. high and the combined weight is somewhere around 20-25 kilograms! They were made in 4 seperate sections, so they can be transported easily.

They are profusely decorated and inscribed with Chinese characters on the lower stem...

A very large and superb quality bronze figure of Shou Lao, the God Of Longetivity, also called the undying, China, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 AD).

The bronze figure with the well-known features of Shou Lao, in a wonderful Ming Dynasty style. The Stick and hand was cast seperately to the figure, and afterwards mounted as was costum during Ming Dynasty with the more difficult casting processes. A filled casting flaw on the back is also from the time of the making and typical for the period...

An XXL & superb Danish neolithic offer axe dating to the Time of The Great Burial Mounts. The axe was made of a multicolored piece of flint in nuances of red, beige, white & blue.

A very beautiful stone in itself with fossilized remains of sea animals in the silex. Excellent knapping work with 'seams' on the edges and a symmetric body with perfect proportions.

'Thinbutted' type, polished on one side, but not on the other - which is often the case for offeraxes...

A rare & beautyful Ming Dynasty pottery procession set complete with palaquin, a male Mandarine figure sitting in the palaquin, 4 carriers and a musician.

The set dates to Ming Dynasty, 1368-1644.

Very beautyful glaze and pigment colours on all parts. Originally the palaquin was carried by the bearers, but the wooden sticks that held it have decayed.

Sizes for the figures are c. 20 cm. The palaquin a little taller...
