Beautiful large cross with a depiction of the bearded Christ engraved. Over him a visage of the Virgin and latin lettering, loop at the top.

Condition: Superb, lovely red and green patina, nice metal.

Interesting enkolpion cross; a Byzantine inspired piece made in Europe and engraved in a fine Early medieval crusader period style. The ornate cross engraved with a fine depiction of Christ depicted as a victorious knight!

The reverse of the hinged container, equally nicely engraved with interesting symethric robe-like decoration.

Absolutely splendid seal in hard black Serpentine stone, engraved with a long-horned stag. Wonderful quality engraving and the medium among the best of the early period.

With it's approx 33 mm. x 24 mm. seal base, impressive in hand. The pyramidal type of seal 11 mm. high and pierced for suspension.

A terrific costum mounted collection of mummybeads in faiance, as a wearable necklace and bracelet, 2nd.-1st. millenium BC.

Very attractive work - the necklace built on a yellow metal frame with metal spacers and a solid lock. The bracelet equally nice with modern metal lock and both consisting of hundreds of individual ancient faiance beads.

The necklace is ca. 40 cm. long as a single strand.
