A nice seal carved in in a black stone, Anatolia or Western Mesopotamian, c. 3rd.-2nd. mill. BC.

An oval gable or a scaraboid shape and carved with a Cross inside a trangle and rays around.

Size: 21 mm. wide over the base and 10 mm. tall.

Condition: Nice Very fine, minor flawls.

A fine intact stone wig / separate hair, BACTRIA-MARGIANA COMPLEX, late 3RD- early 2ND mill B.C.

Separately made hair of green chlorite for a large composite stone figure. These have often lost their hair, since they were not tightly fixated and would have fallen off and cracked.

A very detailed and elaborate wig or hair carved with groves.

A massive bronze figurine from the medieval period, Islamic, Seljuq Empire, 10th.-11th. century AD.

The lion stands erect on 4 legs and incised details of the mane and head. A particularly charming specimen with finely made features of the head of the Lion, heavy body and seperate legs. Would have been quite expensive in the medieval period with it's high weight of solid bronze and nice workmanship.

Interesting stamp seal carved in fine serpentine stone almost black, Mesopotamian, c. 4th. mill. BC.

Rectangular seal, carved with an animal in the base and also finely decorated on the other side.
