This flask is massive and with the frontal side carved and painted. Beautiful and rare example of an early 'pilgrims' flask.

Size: Nearly 30 cm. high and 25 cm. wide. Very thick too.

A fantastic and larger mummy-bead mask, Egypt, Late Period, ca. 664-535 BC.

In the bright colors of bone, red, black torquise and white. Fine quality ancient beads, re-strung into original configuration and shows a face of the deceased. It would have been attached to the facial area of the Mummy.

An excellent very large brown-gream stone seal in the form of a reclining cow, dating to the Late Uruk-Jemdet Nasr period of Mesopotamia, 3300-2900 BC

The seal is engraved in drill-technique on the base. The cow is very sensitively modelled, looking back towards his tail. Pierced.
