Egyptian bronze figure of an Ibis inlaid with Gold, 2nd.-1st. mill. BC.

A very rare and important Egyptian bronze figure of the Ibis, with original gold inlays around the eye and on the body. Inlaid in the eye as well. Only inlaid at one side, the other side not inlaid, so it might have been mounted in wood with this side down.

Size: ca. 40 mm. tall and 25,11 grams heavy.

Condition: Superb, fully intact with a fine redish brown patina.

A very large and well-patinated late Neolithic Danish Dagger, dating to Daggetime (2200-1800 BC), this dagger was made ca. 2000 BC.

Beautiful dagger with a defined and thick handle of the socalled Type II style with the later round shoulders, a type that evolved from the Type I lancet form daggers.

Size: 22,3 cm. - a large size for this type, which is difficult to find larger than 20 cm.

This dagger is a rare variant of the latest fase dagger which sometimes carry a fishtail handle. On this dagger the handle is straight but very finely knapped and flat profile like the late fistails, seams on the edges.

Rare large bronze situla double handle with a lion's head mount (the opposite mount is missing), Dating 4-3 c. B.C. / Etruscan in the Hellenistic Greek style. The two handles terminated with stylised beast heads.

A huge tankard or pitcher nearly 35 cm. high and 16 cm. wide across the base.

The vessel is decorated with a heart in high relief on the side, the heart-shaped lid engraved with a nobles crest (coat of arms), in the center a renaissance closed military helmed and an eagles head below.
